Does Vip Transfer start services that imply pick-up outside Andorra?

Yes, from any destination Vip Transfer service is available at your disposal.

Does Vip Transfer drop me directly to my hotel or home?

Yes, the private shuttle service takes you wherever you want, unless due to physical accessibility for vehicles, is not possible to reach the origin or destination of each service.

What is reservations and services’ schedule?

Our reservations and service schedule is 24 hours, every day of the year. However, we recommend making reservations as early as possible so that service is available, especially at night time services.

How far in advance I have to make my reservation?

We recommend that you book as soon as possible, but you can do it within a few hours notice. However, in that case we do not ensure your desired vehicle might be available.

What if there is any change in my reservation?

If you need to change your reservation, please contact our staff through means of contact available.

Can I change the destination at the last minute?

You can do so by contacting us beforehand. We inform you additional charges may apply.

What if I need to cancel the service?

Customers needing to cancel a service must contact our staff through means of contact available. We are at your disposal 24 hours. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours notice, additional charges may apply.

Who are the drivers?

Drivers are key figures in the provision of this kind of service. For this reason, all our drivers necessarily go through a strict selection process that evaluates capabilities and motivation to develop this job.

During this process, special importance is given to aspects such as stability and personal maturity, kindness of character, experience in similar work, excellent knowledge of the territory, automotive mechanical skills and knowledge of languages. Moreover, they all have adequate physical presence and provide the service correctly uniformed with a discreet and elegant attire.

What luggage is allowed in every transfer per person?

A big and a cabin suitcase is available per person. In case of exceptional size luggage such as bicycles, surfboards, skis, etc or any additional luggage other than allowed, please get in touch with our staff to ensure availability of transportation and check additional charges.

Does Vip Transfer offer baby seats, child seats and boosters?

Yes, we offer these devices upon request.

What would the maximum passengers for hire a VIP Transfer shuttle?

We hired vehicles with a chauffeur, so that the minimum number for them to operate is one passenger traveling. Maximum number of passengers for Premium vehicles is 3. Maximum number of passengers for Premium multi passengers van is 8.

What time pickups are made at airports?

Vip Transfer does not offer a regular shuttle service with predetermined departure times and destinations, but a demand service where the user decides when and where we pick you up and take you.

Where is the meeting pickup point at the airport?

Our driver will be waiting with a sign with your name at your flight’s arrivals Alternatively you can choose where to be meet at the airport.

What if my flight is delayed or if I miss my flight?

Delays due to reasons other than Vip Transfer will be responsibility of the customer as well as expenses derived. In case of missing the flight, the same policy will apply and no refund will proceed. You must notify us as soon as possible about the delay or missing your flight, so that we can reorganize collection time, if desired. If missing your flight is due to Vip Transfer’s causes, we will assume cost incurred.

How far in advance should I leave for the airport?

Our company respects the recommendations of AENA, the Generalitat and the airlines, so you should arrive at the airport at least an hour in advance if your flight is national, and two or three hours in advance for international flights, depending on the destination.

The journey time between the collection point and the airport will depend on the distance travelled, time and date of service. Pick up times desired by the customer must always be confirmed by our company, in order to ensure its presentation at the airport in good time.

What happens if I want to reach my destination asking the driver to follow an alternative route to the standard one?

In that case, additional charges depending on the duration of the trip, tolls and fuel will apply.

What does the fee per service include and exclude?

Rates include pickup and drop-off (a single point for all passengers); driver service; travel insurance; baggage per passenger (large suitcase and cabin bag); child safety devices; fuel and I.G.I.

Prices exclude tolls, if the customer decides to go through toll roads; collection in Soldeu and Ordino imply 20€ extra and Pas de la Casa 30€ additional; extra luggage or exceptional size luggage such as bikes and skis and any food or beverage consumed by the passengers.

Does Vip Excursions offer services exclusively in Andorra?

No, departing and returning points are in Andorra, however other countries are visited such as Spain and France.

Where am I going to be picked up and returned?

At the hotel or any other place where you stay in Andorra. Pick up in areas such as Soldeu, Ordino and Pas de la Casa might imply an additional charge of 10€.

What kind of services offer VIP Excursions?

There are two types of tours: public, taking place in multi passengers Premium vehicles of up to 8 passengers, whose payment is per person traveling and private, taking place in Premium cars for up to 3 passengers and Premium multi passengers vehicles for up to 8 people, the price here is per vehicle.

Is it possible to request a private tour different of the destinations offered?

Yes, please contact our staff for a quote and availability. Anywhere it is possible.

Do the drivers have touristic knowledge about the excursions made?

Yes, they are trained and are experts in conducting the tour and they conduct it in the language or languages of the travellers.

What is the average duration of the excursions?

It depends on destination and traffic and weather conditions, but an average of between 8 and 10 hours should be considered.

What does the fee per service include and exclude?

Rates include pickup and drop-off in a single point for all passengers; excursion; driver service; touristic support service; travel insurance; child safety devices; fuel and I.G.I.

Prices exclude tolls, if the customer decides to go through toll roads other than the ones predetermined in the excursion; 10€ supplement in Barcelona excursions if collection is in Soldeu, Ordino and Pas de la Casa; entrance to museums, monasteries or any other institution that request an entrance fee; any food or beverage consumed by the passengers.
